Alchemy will conduct a design session with the Client to review the following:
- Use cases for on-boarding and off-boarding users
- Hire, pre-hire, termination, and re-hire scenarios
- Strategy for implementation
- User activation and deactivation scenarios
- Current name conflicts process
- Attributes needed for integration
- Existing provisioning scripts
- Email address and mailbox provisioning process
- Attributes that are managed by IT directly in AD
- Current OU and Group provisioning in AD

This document will summarize the outcome of the workshop sessions and will provide a detailed design of the desired HRaaS configuration.
