Alchemy’s Professional Services team recommends regular reviews of existing Citrix environments to ensure optimal functionality. Alchemy’s world class Citrix consultants have developed a health check to evaluate each of the deployed Citrix components. This health check includes a report of the findings with high-level details of any recommended changes and new features.
This service is intended for implementations that have been in place for an extended period of time. It also affords the team an experienced consultant to review the configuration and to make recommendations on future features or enhancements.

This service is a health check of the Citrix Infrastructure, which includes a 2-4 day remote engagement with analysis and documentation of the findings and recommendations. Documentation will include a report on the following:

Alchemy’s Citrix Health Check Report will be provided at the conclusion of all engagements.
The report will contain information for each finding with a priority level: High, Medium or Low and a recommendation for the best path forward.
To ensure the success of the service, it is essential that certain key technical personnel are present at the initial workshop. These people should be able to articulate the current customer environment and the requirements for the target solution. It is also essential
that the Alchemy consultant have hands-on access to the Citrix Consoles and Powershell for reviewing theconfiguration(s).
