A provider analysis scorecard is generated that visually and clearly compares offerings from various providers, “apples to apples”, based upon the same set of requirements that are specific to the organization’s collective needs. Each provider’s solution receives a Business Score, a Functional Score, and a Total Score. Critical requirements are made transparent and highlighted. Recommendations are then provided and substantiated by detailed documentation of all findings.
