Graham Upton is an accomplished corporate attorney, dedicated to helping corporate clients successfully manage a wide array legal and business issues. As Alchemy’s General Counsel, he leads our legal department and is a key contributor to corporate strategy, corporate development, and marketing functions.
Prior to joining Alchemy, Graham served as General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer to several companies in Dallas area, providing valuable counsel and pragmatic advice to senior management and boards of directors on risk mitigation, compliance, litigation, corporate governance, and ordinary-course commercial matters.
Graham is a Texas Aggie, Class of ‘98 and received his Juris Doctorate from Saint Mary’s University College of Law in 2006. He lives in Richardson, Texas with his wife Erin, and their three children.
